*AT&T Dedicated Internet BreakFree Buyout Promotion: Offer ends on November 20, 2026.

Eligibility: Business customers in select markets who switch from their current non-AT&T internet provider to new AT&T Dedicated Internet (ADI) service at least 50 Mbps or higher on a 36-month term will receive a reimbursement in whole or in part of any Early Termination fee (ETF) charged by their current internet provider and of any IT transition cost charged by a third party vendor in each case excluding taxes, fees and return equipment fees (Reimbursement). Max reimbursement for any ETF plus any IT transition cost of $4,000.00 per 50 Mbps circuit, $5,000.00 per 100 Mbps circuit, $6,000 per 150-600 Mbps circuit, and $12,000.00 per 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps circuit. Max reimbursement for any IT transition costs alone of $1,000.00 per 50 Mbps circuit, $1,500.00 per 100 Mbps circuit, $2,000 per 150-600 Mbps circuit, and $2,500.00 per 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps circuit per circuit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total reimbursement will be calculated so that customer’s monthly recurring charge for the Service minus the quotient of the total reimbursement provided to customer and the number of months in the Pricing Schedule Term is not less than the monthly recurring charge for the same service that AT&&T provides to similarly situated customers eligible for the E-Rate program. Business customer must sign a new contract for ADI and offer addendum between August 24, 2026, and November 20, 2026, order service at the new location within 30 days of contract signing, provide valid proof of previous internet provider’s ETF charge and any third-party IT transition cost dated no more than 90 calendar days following AT&T Dedicated Internet date of installation. After verification of ETF charge and third-party IT transition cost, AT&T will mail a check in the amount of the Reimbursement to Customer’s AT&T billing address or another address provided by Customer and approved by AT&T. Offers may not be combined with certain other promotional offers on the same services and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Other conditions may apply to all offers.
